Q’ero Shamanism: Walking the Path of Living Energy

There are lineages that teach about energy…

and then there are lineages that live inside it.

Q’ero shamanism is not a trend, a modality, or something you learn from a weekend training. It is a living tradition—carried through the Andes of Peru, passed down through generations who never lost their relationship with the Earth, the Apus (mountain spirits), and the unseen world.

The Q’ero are often called the last living descendants of the Inca priesthood—but what they actually carry is something much older:

A way of being in right relationship with energy itself.

What Makes Q’ero Shamanism Different

Q’ero medicine doesn’t come from force, fixing, or analyzing.

It comes from Ayni—sacred reciprocity.

Everything is relationship.

Everything is energy exchange.

Rather than “healing” you, a Q’ero-trained practitioner works with your field to:

  • restore balance

  • clear heavy energy (hucha)

  • increase light, refined energy (sami)

  • reconnect you to your own power

This isn’t about someone doing something to you.

It’s about walking you back into harmony.

Understanding the Energy Body (Poqpo)

In Q’ero teachings, your energy field—the poqpo—is everything.

It holds:

  • emotional imprints

  • past experiences

  • ancestral patterns

  • your connection to Spirit

When life happens, heavy energy begins to accumulate. This is called hucha.

Hucha isn’t bad—it’s simply energy that hasn’t been processed yet.

Over time, it can show up as:

  • heaviness in the body

  • emotional loops

  • brain fog

  • feeling disconnected or “off”

Q’ero practices gently clear this energy and restore flow—without force.

Sacred Practices Within the Q’ero Tradition

Despacho Ceremony

A sacred offering created with prayer and intention, given to Pachamama (Mother Earth).

This practice allows you to:

  • release what is heavy

  • call in alignment

  • restore energetic balance

Mesa (Sacred Medicine Bundle)

A mesa is a living altar made of stones and sacred objects.

Each piece carries:

  • memory

  • medicine

  • relationship

This is not symbolic—it is an active energetic field.

Working with Kawsay (Living Energy)

Q’ero shamans work directly with kawsay, or living energy.

Through presence, breath, and intention, energy can be:

  • cleared

  • moved

  • strengthened

  • refined

This work is subtle—but deeply powerful.

What You May Experience

This work isn’t about escaping your life—it’s about returning to it in alignment.

Many people notice:

  • emotional lightness

  • clearer intuition

  • deeper connection to nature

  • feeling grounded and present

  • increased personal power

More than anything, you begin to feel in right relationship again.

My Work with Q’ero Shamanism

This is a path I walk—not something I perform.

Through my training in Q’ero shamanism, I work with:

  • energy clearing (hucha release)

  • strengthening the energy field (poqpo work)

  • sacred ceremony and intention

  • reconnection to your intuitive awareness

Blended with my own intuitive and energetic gifts, this creates a space that is both ancient and deeply personal.

Who This Work Is For

You may feel called to this work if you are:

  • feeling energetically heavy or overwhelmed

  • highly sensitive and needing energetic boundaries

  • experiencing emotional or spiritual disconnection

  • seeking deeper, Earth-based healing

  • drawn to ancestral or shamanic traditions

You don’t need to fully understand it.

You just need to feel the pull.
